Project design and crisis management

Our service is aimed to rescue a critical project. We assess the status of the project and then develop an action plan for the crisis management method. A key element is our many years of project management experience and external monitoring. Crisis management requires strong communication and affected coping skills. We will continue to follow the project until it returns to a re-defined target, time, cost and quality framework acceptable to stakeholders.

Through various government and private schemes, Gynomex can assist in raising financial assistance for a project. We will also prepare the necessary documentation if a specific fund needs to be highlighted.

Tooling and manufacturing can also be funded through bodies such as the GTMA and initiatives such as the Manufacturing Advisory Service. Our project proposals and delivery schedules are tailored to coincide with key stages of a funding program, and we prepare the paperwork as needed.
